Let’s work together!
Hello, I’m Michelé, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I am a dedicated therapist experienced in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a special focus on serving BIPOC individuals who have faced race-based traumatic stress (RBTS), intergenerational trauma, and supporting adolescents emerging into adulthood.
A modern approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in cultural affirmation and sensitivity, as I believe in supporting the decolonizing process for individuals seeking healing. With a deep understanding of the impact of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma, I strive to create a safe and empowering space for clients to explore their identities and experiences. By integrating culturally relevant practices and perspectives into my work, I aim to help clients navigate the complexities of their lives and foster a sense of empowerment and resilience. With a commitment to social justice and equity, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
